A convertible puts a debt claim, stock exposure, and an option into one contract. Its price moves with the stock, but also with credit, volatility, interest rates, time, and the fine print of its terms. The book takes those one at a time, then puts them back together for pricing, strategy, and portfolio work.

It’s written in plain language, with worked examples and charts. Formulas stay in optional asides, the Mechanical Notes at the back, and the tools on this site. You can read the parts in order or start with your own question; the Introduction suggests five shorter routes, depending on the work you do. A chapter with figures or tables you can change here shows a count beside it.
